From any point in Central Connecticut, take I-91 South towards New Haven. Merge onto I-95 South towards Bridgeport. Take exit 27 for Route 8/25 toward Bridgeport. Continue on Route 8, then merge onto I-95 South again. Take exit 27 for Fairfield Ave/Route 8 toward Bridgeport/South End. After exiting, turn right onto Fairfield Ave, then follow it until you reach Barnum Dyke. Turn right onto Barnum Dyke, and Seaside Park will be on your left.
