Car
If you're driving from Hartford, take I-84 W towards Waterbury. Merge onto US-44 W and continue for about 30 miles. Take a slight left onto Newfield Rd and follow the signs for Sunnybrook State Park. The park entrance will be on your right. There is no entrance fee for the park, but make sure to check for any parking fees if applicable.
Car
Traveling from New Haven, head north on I-91 N. Merge onto I-84 W toward Waterbury. After about 25 miles, merge onto US-44 W. Continue for about 5 miles, then turn left onto Newfield Rd. Sunnybrook State Park will be on your right. No entrance fee is required.
Public Transportation
From Hartford, take the CT Transit bus (Route 84) to Torrington. Once in Torrington, you can take a local taxi or rideshare service to reach Sunnybrook State Park which is approximately 5 miles away from the bus stop. Be prepared for a taxi fare of around $15-$20 depending on traffic.

If you're in New Haven, take the Metro-North train to Waterbury Station. From there, catch the CT Transit bus (Route 84) to Torrington. You will need to take a taxi from the Torrington bus station to Sunnybrook State Park, which is about 5 miles away. Taxi fares may range from $15 to $20.
