Car
From Gillette Castle State Park, head southwest on the main park road toward CT-82. Turn left onto CT-82 E and continue for about 2.5 miles. At the traffic light, turn right onto CT-154 S. Continue for approximately 3 miles until you reach the intersection with River Rd. Turn left onto River Rd, and after about 1 mile, you will arrive at Deep River Landing located on your right. Parking may be available along the road, but be sure to check for any parking regulations.

From Gillette Castle State Park, walk to the nearest bus stop located at the intersection of CT-82 and CT-154. You can take the 9 or 9X bus towards Old Saybrook. Get off at the Deep River Town Hall stop. From there, it’s about a 15-minute walk to Deep River Landing. Head south on Main St, then turn left onto River Rd, continuing straight for about 1 mile until you reach Deep River Landing.
