Walking
If you are already within Greenwich Point Park, getting to the waterfront is simple. Start by heading towards the main path that leads to the beach area. As you walk, you will see signs directing you to the beach. Once at the beach, enjoy the scenic views of Long Island Sound. This area is perfect for a leisurely stroll or a picnic.
Biking
For those with bicycles, there are designated bike paths within Greenwich Point Park. Start at the main parking area and follow the paved bike paths that wind through the park. Make your way towards the beach area, where you can lock your bike at the bike racks provided. Enjoy the fresh air and the beautiful shoreline.
Car
If you are driving to Greenwich Point Park, enter the park using the main entrance on Shore Road. Parking is available within the park, but it can fill up quickly on weekends. Once parked, walk towards the beach area by following the walking paths. The beach is a short walk from the parking area.
Public Transportation
If you are using public transportation, take the Metro-North Railroad to the Old Greenwich station. From the station, you can catch the 4 or 4C bus towards Old Greenwich. Get off at the 'Shore Road & Sound Beach Ave' stop, which is a short walk from the park entrance. Once you enter the park, follow the paths to the beach area.
