    Public Bus

    From Greenwich, head to the nearest bus stop on Greenwich Avenue. Take the 10 bus towards Stamford. After about 25 minutes, get off at the Stamford Transportation Center. Transfer to the Metro-North train service towards Grand Central Terminal. Get off at Harlem-135th Street Station. From the station, walk 0.5 miles west along 135th Street until you reach the Harlem YMCA at 180 W 135th St.

    Train and Subway

    Start at the Greenwich Metro-North train station. Take the train heading to Grand Central Terminal. The journey takes approximately 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Grand Central, transfer to the subway and take the 2 or 3 train (red line) uptown towards 135th Street. Exit at the 135th Street station. From there, walk west on 135th Street for about 0.2 miles to reach the Harlem YMCA located at 180 W 135th St.

    Bicycle Rental

    If you enjoy cycling, rent a bike from one of the local bike rental shops in Greenwich. Follow the bike paths heading north towards Stamford. Once you reach Stamford, find the nearest access point to the Metro-North train line and take the train towards Grand Central Terminal. Get off at Harlem-135th Street Station.
