Train

The trip will take about 1 hour and 15 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan, exit the terminal and head east on 42nd Street. Walk towards 6th Avenue (Avenue of the Americas) and turn left (north). Continue for about 5 blocks, then turn left onto Dey Street. Mercer Labs will be on your left at 21 Dey St.
