From central Greenwich, walk to the Greenwich Metro-North Train Station (approx. 10-15 minutes). Board a train heading towards Grand Central Terminal in New York City. Once you arrive at Grand Central, transfer to the subway. Take the 4, 5, 6, or S train to 42nd Street-Grand Central station, then switch to the 7 train towards Flushing. Get off at the 34th Street-Hudson Yards stop. From there, walk to the Port Authority Bus Terminal, and catch a bus heading to New York's Upper East Side.
