Train
From Greenwich, walk to the Greenwich Train Station located at 2 Railroad Avenue. Board a Metro-North train heading towards Grand Central Terminal. The journey takes about 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Grand Central, exit the station and head to the 42nd Street exit. Walk east towards Madison Avenue, then turn left (north) onto Madison Avenue. Continue walking for approximately 15 minutes until you reach The Morgan Library & Museum at 225 Madison Ave.

From Greenwich, head to the nearest bus stop along Route 1 (Post Road). Take the CT Transit bus towards Stamford. Get off at the Stamford train station, then switch to a Metro-North train towards Grand Central Terminal. After arriving at Grand Central, follow the same walking directions as above to reach The Morgan Library & Museum.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from a local bike rental service in Greenwich. Start your journey heading north on the Post Road, which will lead you toward Stamford. Continue to follow bike paths and local streets towards New York City. Once you reach the East River, follow the path up to Midtown Manhattan. Park your bike near the museum, and walk the last few blocks to 225 Madison Ave.

If you are staying in central Greenwich, you can walk to the train station, then take the train to Grand Central as mentioned above. Alternatively, if you're near the waterfront, you can enjoy a scenic stroll along the coast before heading inland towards the train station.
