Take exit 39 for Farmington Ave, then turn left onto Farmington Ave. After about 1 mile, turn right onto Batterson Park Rd. Follow the road straight into the park. Parking is available on-site, and there is no fee to park.

    Public Transportation

    To reach Batterson Park via public transportation from Hartford, take the CT Transit Bus Route 41 towards Farmington. Board the bus at the Hartford Union Station. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to Farmington Avenue and Batterson Park Rd. From there, it is about a 15-minute walk (0.7 miles). Head south on Farmington Ave, then turn right onto Batterson Park Rd and walk to the park entrance. Please check the bus schedule ahead of time for departure times and potential costs, which are typically around $1.75 for a one-way fare.
