The bus will take you across the Connecticut River and into Springfield. Get off at the stop closest to Edwards Street, which is 'Main St and Edwards St.' From there, walk east for about 5 minutes to reach the Springfield Museums at 21 Edwards St.

  • Train

    Make your way to the Hartford Union Station, located at 1 Union Place. From there, purchase a ticket for the Amtrak train to Springfield, which is approximately a 20-minute journey. Once you arrive at Springfield Union Station, exit the station and walk to the bus stop on Lyman Street. Catch the CT Transit bus number 40 (Springfield) and get off at the 'Main St and Edwards St' stop. Walk east for about 5 minutes to arrive at the Springfield Museums.
