Getting There

• Public Transit - Bus

  To reach Universal Pure from Meriden city center, start by walking to the nearest bus stop on East Main Street. Look for the CT Transit bus line that services the area. Board the bus heading towards Wallingford and ask the bus driver to let you know when you reach Chamberlain Highway. The bus ride should take approximately 10-15 minutes. Once you arrive at the intersection of Chamberlain Highway, exit the bus and walk approximately 0.2 miles north on Chamberlain Highway. Universal Pure will be on your left at 65 Chamberlain Hwy.   If you are in downtown Meriden, you can walk to Universal Pure. Start at the Meriden Green park and head east on East Main Street. Continue until you reach the intersection with Chamberlain Highway. Turn left onto Chamberlain Highway and walk approximately 1.5 miles. Universal Pure will be located on your right at 65 Chamberlain Hwy. This walk will take about 30-40 minutes, so be sure to wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated.

  For those who prefer to cycle, you can rent a bike from local bike-sharing stations if available. Start at the Meriden Green and head east on East Main Street. After about a mile, turn left onto Chamberlain Highway. Continue cycling for another 1.5 miles until you reach Universal Pure at 65 Chamberlain Hwy. Be cautious of traffic on Chamberlain Highway, as it is a busy road.
