    If you're traveling by car, start by navigating to 20 Parmelee Rd, Haddam, CT 06438. From Middletown, take Route 9 North. Merge onto Route 81 North and continue until you reach Haddam. Once in Haddam, turn left onto Parmelee Rd. The entrance to Haddam Meadows State Park will be on your right. Parking is available at the park entrance, but be aware that there might be a small parking fee during peak seasons.

    Public Transportation

    If you're using public transportation, take a bus from Middletown to Haddam. The CT Transit bus #1 runs from Middletown to Haddam. Once you arrive in Haddam, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 miles to reach Haddam Meadows State Park. Head east on Route 154, then turn left onto Parmelee Rd. Follow Parmelee Rd until you reach the park entrance. Check the CT Transit website for the latest bus schedules and fare information.
