    From Mohawk Mountain Ski Area, start by heading southeast on Mohawk Mountain Rd toward Route 4. Turn right onto Route 4 and continue for about 6 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 202. Turn left onto Route 202. After approximately 3 miles, take a right onto Short Woods Rd. Lovers Leap State Park will be on your left at 178 Short Woods Rd, New Milford, CT 06776. There is no entrance fee for the park.
