You will see the entrance to Walnut Hill Park on your right. Walk through the park and follow the paths until you exit onto Washington Street. Turn left onto Washington Street and walk for about 1 mile until you reach 20 Washington St, Hartford, CT 06106 where the Hatüey Monument is located.

Begin your journey at the New Britain Transportation Center located at 30 Cedar Street. Take the CT Transit Bus Route 82 towards Hartford. The bus will take you directly to Hartford. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the stop at Washington St and Park St. Once you disembark, walk east on Washington Street for about 0.2 miles. You will find the Hatüey Monument located at 20 Washington St, Hartford, CT 06106.

If you prefer biking, start at the New Britain Skate Park located at 10 E Main St, New Britain, CT 06051. Head east on East Main Street, then turn left onto Farmington Avenue. Continue for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Arch Street. Turn right onto Arch Street and then immediately left onto Washington Street. Continue on Washington Street for about 1.5 miles. You will pass through several neighborhoods and eventually reach Hartford.
