    From the center of New Britain, head to the bus stop located at the corner of Main Street and West Main Street. Take the CT Transit bus number 41 towards Hartford. Stay on the bus for approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the stop for Farmington Avenue. Once you exit the bus, walk west on Farmington Avenue for about 0.3 miles until you reach The Mark Twain House & Museum, which will be on your left at 351 Farmington Ave.
