If you're starting from downtown New Britain, head west on W Main St. Continue walking for about 0.5 miles. You'll pass by local shops and eateries. Keep an eye out for the intersection with Walnut St. Just after you cross over Walnut St, look to your right for the entrance to Walnut Hill Park at 184 W Main St. The park will be on your right side.
Public Transportation

You can take the CT Transit bus route 2 from the New Britain Transportation Center. Board the bus heading towards West Main St. Stay on the bus for approximately 5 stops (about 10 minutes). Get off at the stop near W Main St and Walnut St intersection. From there, walk about 2 minutes east down W Main St. The entrance to Walnut Hill Park will be on your right at 184 W Main St.
Biking

If you prefer biking, start at Central Park in downtown New Britain. Head west on W Main St. Biking along this road is straightforward; just be mindful of traffic. After about 0.5 miles, you'll approach the intersection with Walnut St. The park entrance will be just ahead on your right side at 184 W Main St.
