From Ski Sundown, head northeast on Ski Sundown Rd toward Route 44. Turn left onto Route 44 and continue for approximately 5 miles. Merge onto Route 8 North via the ramp on the left toward Waterbury. Continue on Route 8 North for about 10 miles. Take the exit for Route 4 East toward Torrington. After about 1.5 miles, turn left onto Burr Mountain Rd. Burr Pond State Park will be on your right at 384 Burr Mountain Rd, Torrington, CT 06790. Parking is available at the park.

From Ski Sundown, walk to the nearest bus stop on Route 44. Take the CT Transit bus towards Waterbury. You will need to transfer at the Waterbury station to a bus heading toward Torrington.
