    From Ski Sundown, head northeast on Ski Sundown Rd toward Route 44. Turn left onto Route 44 and continue for approximately 5 miles. Merge onto Route 8 North via the ramp on the left toward Waterbury. Continue on Route 8 North for about 10 miles. Take the exit for Route 4 East toward Torrington. After about 1.5 miles, turn left onto Burr Mountain Rd. Burr Pond State Park will be on your right at 384 Burr Mountain Rd, Torrington, CT 06790. Parking is available at the park.
