    If you are driving from New London, get on I-95 S from Water St. Follow I-95 S to CT-85 N in East Lyme. Take exit 74 from I-95 S. Merge onto CT-85 N and continue onto Boston Post Rd. Turn right onto Seaside Ave. Follow this road until you reach the entrance to Seaside State Park.
