Getting There

  • Walking

    From downtown Westport, the Levitt Pavilion is easily accessible on foot. Head east on Main Street, then turn right onto Jesup Road. The pavilion will be on your left, adjacent to the Westport Library. The walk is generally flat and takes about 5-10 minutes. No costs involved.

  • Public Transport

    The Coastal Link bus travels along the Route 1 corridor through Westport. Several bus stops are located near the Levitt Pavilion. Check the CTrides website for the most up-to-date schedules and routes. A single fare is approximately $2.

  • Driving

    If driving, approach via I-95 and take an appropriate exit for Westport. Follow signs for downtown Westport. Parking is available in the Imperial Avenue Parking Lot and the adjacent library lot. Parking fees vary, but expect to pay around $3 per hour. Note that parking can be limited during popular events, so arrive early.

The Levitt Pavilion for the Performing Arts is a unique and independent non-profit organization dedicated to providing free access to the performing arts. Located on the banks of the Saugatuck River in downtown Westport, Connecticut, the pavilion presents a vibrant range of music and performing arts, featuring established, award-winning, and emerging artists from around the country and the world. Nightly programming includes jazz, rock, pop, blues, folk, world, big band, and cabaret, plus dance, theater, comedy, circus, movies, and more. Every summer also includes the acclaimed Children's Series. Established in 1973, the Levitt Pavilion has been an anchor institution in the community ever since. It is supported through the generosity of corporate, foundation, and individual donations, as well as services and support from the Town of Westport, Westport Parks & Recreation, and the Connecticut Office of the Arts. In 2014, the Levitt Pavilion cut the ribbon on its new home, representing its $9.5 million comprehensive capital campaign, including a new stage and soaring roof, world-class sound and lights, a sloped lawn, a hospitality building, and completion of the portion of the RiverWalk surrounding the venue and accessing beautiful views of the Saugatuck. The Levitt Pavilion's on-site outdoor programs run between April and October, welcoming 75,000+ patrons each year to its iconic amphitheater. The Levitt Pavilion produces spectacular concerts and special events and series throughout the year, on site and off. The Levitt Pavilion remains an independent 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization.
