Head north on Sylvan Ave, then turn left onto Palisade Ave, and follow the signs to the lookout.

Start at Stamford Transportation Center and take a NJ Transit train towards Hoboken. Get off at the Tenafly station. From there, transfer to the local bus number 167 towards Englewood Cliffs.
