From Stamford, head to the Stamford Train Station located at 30 Station Pl. You can take the Metro-North New Haven Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. After approximately 45 minutes, get off at the 42nd Street - Grand Central Station. From Grand Central, follow signs to the subway and take the S shuttle train to Times Square. At Times Square, transfer to the 1 subway line heading towards South Ferry and get off at the 72nd Street station.
