Public Transit
From Stamford, walk to the Stamford Transportation Center located at 30 Station Pl, Stamford, CT 06902. You can catch a Metro-North train to Grand Central Terminal in New York City. Once you arrive at Grand Central, exit the station and head to the 42nd Street Shuttle (S) towards Times Square. At Times Square, transfer to the 1 subway line (red line) towards South Ferry. Ride the train for 8 stops and get off at 168th Street Station. From there, walk west on 168th Street until you reach the Harlem River Drive. The High Bridge is located a short distance from this intersection.
