Getting There

  • Public Transportation

    From downtown Stamford, head to the Stamford Transportation Center. You can take the Metro-North train to the North Stamford station. Once you arrive at North Stamford, exit the station and wait for the local bus (Route 31) heading towards Stamford Hospital. Inform the bus driver that you want to get off at Brookdale Road. After disembarking, walk about 0.5 miles north on Brookdale Road until you reach the entrance of Bartlett Arboretum & Gardens at 151 Brookdale Rd.

    If you're starting from the Stamford Town Center, walk north on Main Street until you reach the intersection with Washington Boulevard. Turn left onto Washington Boulevard and continue until you reach the Stamford Transportation Center. From there, follow the directions for Public Transportation to reach Bartlett Arboretum & Gardens.
