Start your journey at Stamford Transportation Center, located at 30 Station Place. From there, take the Metro-North train heading towards New Haven. Get off at the 'Stamford' stop, which is the first stop. Once you arrive, exit the station and head towards the bus terminal. Look for the Connecticut Transit bus number 31, which goes towards 'Glenbrook'. Board the bus and stay on for approximately 25 minutes. Get off at the Merriebrook Lane stop. From the bus stop, walk down Merriebrook Lane for about 0.5 miles until you reach the entrance to Mianus River Park.
Biking
If you prefer biking, rent a bike from one of the bike-sharing services available near Stamford Transportation Center. Head south on Atlantic Street and then take a right onto Main Street. Continue on Main Street until you reach the intersection with Merriebrook Lane. Turn left onto Merriebrook Lane and bike down for approximately 1 mile, and you will reach the entrance to Mianus River Park.
Walking
For those who enjoy walking, you can start at the Stamford Town Center. Head east on Atlantic Street, then turn left onto Main Street. Continue walking straight until you reach Merriebrook Lane, where you will turn right. Walk down Merriebrook Lane for about 1 mile. The entrance to Mianus River Park will be on your left. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes, as the walk may take around 30-40 minutes.
