Start your journey at Stamford Transportation Center, located at 30 Station Place. From there, take the Metro-North train heading towards New Haven. Get off at the 'Stamford' stop, which is the first stop. Once you arrive, exit the station and head towards the bus terminal. Look for the Connecticut Transit bus number 31, which goes towards 'Glenbrook'. Board the bus and stay on for approximately 25 minutes. Get off at the Merriebrook Lane stop. From the bus stop, walk down Merriebrook Lane for about 0.5 miles until you reach the entrance to Mianus River Park.
