To reach Bluff Point State Park by car, navigate to 55 Depot Rd, Groton, CT 06340. From I-95, take Exit 88 and follow Route 117 South. Turn right onto Route 1 South, then left onto Depot Road; the park entrance is at the end. Parking is available in a large lot near the entrance. Out-of-state visitors should purchase a day pass upon arrival, as the park can reach capacity during peak season. Non-resident day passes cost $15 on weekends and holidays, and $10 on weekdays. Note that parking passes should be purchased on the day of the visit, as advance purchases do not guarantee entry. There is a $2 reservation fee for online parking pass transactions.

The closest bus stop is at Shennecossett Rd & Jupiter Point Rd, approximately a 13-minute walk (0.4 miles) from the park entrance. From the bus stop, follow Shennecossett Road to Jupiter Point Road, then turn left onto Depot Road and continue to the park entrance.
