Once at the terminal, take the Suffolk County Transit Bus #10 toward East Hampton. After approximately 20 minutes, transfer to the Hampton Jitney bus that will take you towards New London. Make sure to check the bus schedule beforehand, as the timings can vary. After about 1 hour and 30 minutes, you will arrive at New London. From there, transfer to a bus heading towards Mystic.
