From the center of Willimantic, CT, take CT-32 N towards Lebanon. Continue on CT-32 N to merge onto I-84 W. Follow I-84 W for about 15 miles, then take exit 66 for I-91 S towards New Haven. After about 10 miles, take exit 22S for I-691 E. Merge onto I-691 E and continue for 4 miles. Then take exit 5 to merge onto CT-66 E towards Middletown. Continue on CT-66 E for about 15 miles until you reach the intersection with River Rd. Turn left onto River Rd, and after about 3 miles, you will find Gillette Castle State Park on your left at 67 River Rd, East Haddam, CT 06423.
