From the center of The Quiet Corner, make your way to Route 395 South. Follow signs for I-95 South/New York City. Merge onto I-95 South and stay on this highway for approximately 30 miles. Take exit 68 for NY-48 toward Southold. Continue on NY-48, which will become Main Rd. Follow Main Rd for about 5 miles until you reach Southold. Turn left onto Lighthouse Rd, and the Horton Point Lighthouse Nautical Museum will be on your right at 3575 Lighthouse Rd.
