The Old Field Point Lighthouse will be located at 207 Old Field Rd, Setauket-East Setauket, NY 11733. There is usually free parking available nearby.
Public Transportation

From The Quiet Corner, take a CT Transit bus to Hartford. From Hartford, take Metro-North Railroad to the Port Jefferson station. Once at Port Jefferson, you can take the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) to Stony Brook station.
