If you're starting from downtown Waterbury, head to the nearest bus stop located at the Waterbury Green. From there, take the CT Transit bus route 6 towards the Waterbury Plaza. After about 15 minutes, get off at the Cooke Street stop. From the bus stop, walk east along Cooke Street for about 5 minutes until you reach Fulton Park, which will be on your left.

Starting from the Waterbury Public Library, walk south on South Main Street for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Cooke Street. Turn right onto Cooke Street, and walk for about 0.3 miles. Fulton Park will be on your right at the end of Cooke Street.
