Walking
If you're starting from the West Hartford Town Hall located at 50 South Main Street, exit the building and head south on South Main Street. Continue walking for about 0.3 miles, which will take you approximately 6-7 minutes on foot. The Noah Webster Statue is located at 20 South Main Street, on the same street. Look for it in front of the Noah Webster Library, which will be on your left side.
Public Transit
If you’re near the West Hartford Center, you can catch the CTtransit bus route 41 towards Hartford. Board the bus at the West Hartford Center stop and ride for about 5 minutes. Disembark at the South Main Street & Farmington Avenue stop. From there, walk south on South Main Street for about 0.1 miles to reach the Noah Webster Statue at 20 South Main Street.
Biking
If you have access to a bike, start at the West Hartford Reservoir. Head south on Reservoir Road until you reach Farmington Avenue. Turn left onto Farmington Avenue and continue for about 1 mile. When you reach South Main Street, turn right and continue for about 0.2 miles. The Noah Webster Statue will be on your right at 20 South Main Street, just in front of the library.
