If you are driving from La Fortuna, head southeast on Route 142. Continue on Route 142 for approximately 5 kilometers (about 10 minutes). You will see signs for the Arenal Bee Garden on your left side. The entrance is clearly marked, and there is parking available on-site.

To reach Arenal Bee Garden using public transportation, take a local bus from La Fortuna to Tilarán. Buses leave frequently from the main bus terminal in La Fortuna. The ride takes about 30 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to Route 142, and from there, it is a short walk (about 1 kilometer) to Arenal Bee Garden. Be sure to ask the driver to let you know when you reach your stop.
