Car
From the main entrance of Arenal Volcano National Park, head northwest on Route 142. Continue on this road for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Route 141. Turn left onto Route 141 and follow it for about 12 kilometers. You will see signs for Nuevo Arenal. As you approach the town of Nuevo Arenal, keep an eye out for G4W3+4JM. Follow the road until you reach Nuevo Arenal Park. The journey will take about 40 minutes depending on traffic and road conditions.

To reach Nuevo Arenal Park by public transport, first head to La Fortuna, the nearest town to Arenal Volcano National Park. From La Fortuna, take a bus heading towards Nuevo Arenal.
