From San Jose, take Route 27 towards Puntarenas. Continue on Route 27 until you reach Orotina. Take the exit towards Jaco and continue on Route 34 until you reach Parque Marino del Pacifico. Follow signs for parking and entrance.

Take a bus from the San Jose Terminal to Puntarenas. From Puntarenas, take another bus to Jaco. Once in Jaco, you can either take a taxi or another bus to Parque Marino del Pacifico.
