From Corcovado National Park, you will need to exit the park and head towards the nearest town, Puerto Jiménez. Drive on Route 245 heading north until you reach the intersection with Route 34. This journey will take about 30 minutes, depending on road conditions. Once you reach Route 34, turn left and continue driving for about 1 hour until you reach the town of La Palma. From La Palma, follow the signs to Sierpe, which is approximately a 1-hour drive. In Sierpe, you will need to park your car at a designated parking area, as there are no cars allowed in Bahía Drake. The parking fee is usually around $10 per day. After parking, take a boat transfer from Sierpe to Bahía Drake, which takes about 1.5 hours.

To reach Bahía Drake from Corcovado National Park using public transportation, first, you need to take a bus from Puerto Jiménez to Sierpe. There are several bus companies operating this route, and the journey lasts around 1 hour and 15 minutes. Once in Sierpe, you can catch a boat transfer to Bahía Drake.
