Getting There

Bus
From the center of Jaco, walk to the main bus station located on Avenida Pastor Díaz. Look for buses heading towards Bejuco Beach or Puntarenas. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Make sure to inform the driver that you want to get off at Bejuco Beach. Once you arrive, walk towards the beach which is a short distance away from the bus stop.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Jaco. Head west on Avenida Pastor Díaz until you reach the intersection with Route 34 (also known as the Costanera Highway). Turn left onto Route 34 and continue cycling for about 10 kilometers until you see signs for Bejuco Beach. Follow the signs, and you will arrive at the beach area.

Walking
If you're feeling adventurous and want to experience the scenery, you can walk. Start at the main square in Jaco and head towards the beach. Walk along the beach promenade until you reach the end of Jaco Beach. From there, continue west along the coastline until you reach Bejuco Beach. This walk is approximately 8 kilometers and may take around 2 hours, but you will enjoy beautiful views along the way.

For a more comfortable option, you can take a taxi. You can find taxis around the main square or call one from your accommodation. Inform the driver that you want to go to Bejuco Beach.
