From the center of La Fortuna, head south on the main street, Avenida 1. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Route 142. At this intersection, you will see a large supermarket called 'Super La Fortuna' on your left. Cross the street and turn left onto Route 142. Continue walking on Route 142 for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will see the Arenal Bee Garden on your right, just past a small sign for 'Honey, Coffee & Chocolate Tour'.

Bicycle
You can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in La Fortuna. Start by cycling south on Avenida 1 for about 1 kilometer. At the intersection with Route 142, turn left and continue cycling for approximately 1.5 kilometers. The Arenal Bee Garden will be on your right.
