Start at the Liberia bus terminal, which is located near the central park. Look for buses heading towards Curubandé. The buses are usually marked with their destination. Once you are on the bus, inform the driver you want to go to Curubandé. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. When you arrive in Curubandé, ask the driver to drop you off near the church, as it is a prominent landmark in the area.

After getting off the bus at the church in Curubandé, walk north (away from the main road). You will need to walk approximately 100 meters. Keep an eye out for signs or locals to help guide you. The Leona waterfall is located just 100 meters north of the church, so you should be able to see it or hear it as you approach.
