From downtown Liberia, head to the main bus terminal located at Calle 3. Look for a bus heading to Curubandé, which should be marked with a sign. The buses run frequently, approximately every 30 minutes, and the ride takes about 30 minutes. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the stop for 'Finca don Rafa’s' or 'Waterfall La Leona'.

After getting off the bus, you will need to walk about 1 kilometer to reach WATERFALL LA LEONA y LA DUCHA. Follow the main road (Route 21) in the direction of Curubandé. Look for signs that indicate the trail to the waterfall, as it can be a bit tricky to find. If you're unsure, you can ask locals for directions to 'Finca don Rafa's'.
