If you are driving from Manuel Antonio National Park, exit the park and head south on Route 618. Continue on this road until you reach the intersection with Route 34. Turn left onto Route 34 and continue for about 6 kilometers (approximately 15 minutes). Look for signs for Quepos and Marina Pez Vela. Once you reach Quepos, follow the signs to Marina Pez Vela, where AquaQuepos Sport Fishing & Cruises is located. There is parking available at the marina, but you may need to pay a small fee (around $5) for parking.
