Walking
If you are in the main tourist area of Manuel Antonio, start by walking towards the main road (Ruta 618). From the beach area, head east toward the intersection with Route 618. Once you reach the road, turn left and continue walking for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with the Quepos road. Continue straight until you reach a small roundabout, where you will take the second exit onto Route 34. Follow Route 34 for approximately 2 kilometers until you see signs for Marina Pez Vela on your right. Enter the Marina Pez Vela complex, and you will find the 2Costa Rica Real Estate office located within the marina.

Bus
Catch a local bus from Manuel Antonio to Quepos, which runs frequently throughout the day. The bus stop is located on the main road, just outside the main entrance to Manuel Antonio National Park. Once you board the bus, inform the driver that you are going to Marina Pez Vela. The bus ride will take about 10-15 minutes. Upon arriving in Quepos, disembark at the main bus station, and you can either walk or take a short taxi to Marina Pez Vela. If walking, head towards the marina, which is approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus station. Follow the signs to Marina Pez Vela.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Manuel Antonio. Simply hail a taxi or ask your hotel to call one for you. Provide the driver with the destination: ‘Marina Pez Vela, Quepos.’ The drive should take around 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. The taxi will drop you off directly at the marina entrance, from where you can easily find the 2Costa Rica Real Estate office.
