Walking
From the main entrance of Manuel Antonio National Park, head south along the main road (Road 618). Walk for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the road leading to Quepos. Turn left at the intersection and continue walking for about 800 meters. Look for a sign indicating El Cerro and follow the path that leads uphill. Castillo de La Riviera is located at the top of the hill, approximately 300 meters from the main road. Keep an eye out for the building, which resembles a castle.

Catch a bus from the Manuel Antonio bus stop, heading towards Quepos. The buses run frequently, approximately every 15-20 minutes. Inform the driver that you need to get off at El Cerro.
