If you are driving, start from the main entrance of Manuel Antonio National Park. Head east on the main road (Route 618) towards Quepos. Continue on this road for about 2.5 km until you reach the intersection with Route 34. Turn left onto Route 34 and drive for approximately 1.5 km. Look for the signs for El Santuario Canopy Adventure Tour on your right. The entrance is well-marked and there is parking available on-site.

To reach El Santuario Canopy Adventure Tour via public transport, take a local bus from Manuel Antonio to Quepos. Buses run frequently from the main road near the park entrance. The fare is usually around 300-500 CRC. Once you arrive in Quepos, you can either walk to the taxi stand or catch another bus heading towards Dominical that will pass by Route 34. Inform the driver that you want to get off at El Santuario Canopy Adventure Tour. Alternatively, you can take a taxi from Quepos directly to the tour location, which will cost approximately 5,000-7,000 CRC.
