Note that parking fees may apply, typically around $5-10 USD for the day.

For those using public transportation, take a local bus from the Manuel Antonio area to Quepos. The bus stop is located along the main road (Route 618). The fare is usually around 300-500 colones (approximately $0.50-$1 USD). Once you arrive in Quepos, look for the bus that is headed towards Manuel Antonio National Park. This bus will take you directly to the park entrance. The total travel time is around 30-45 minutes.

If you are already in the nearby Manuel Antonio area, you can walk to the park entrance. From the main road, head south towards the park entrance, which is about a 15-20 minute walk. Follow the signs indicating the direction to Manuel Antonio National Park. Be cautious of traffic as you walk along the roadside.
