Getting There

  • Car

    If you are driving from Manuel Antonio National Park, head northwest on the main road (Route 618) towards Quepos. After approximately 10 km, merge onto Route 34 (Costanera Sur) heading toward Tarcoles. Continue for about 35 km until you reach the police station in Tarcoles. From the police station, go 2 km north and look for the entrance to the Jungle Crocodile Safari on your right.

  • Public Transportation

    To reach the Jungle Crocodile Safari using public transport, take a bus from Manuel Antonio to Tarcoles. Buses frequently depart from the main bus stop in Manuel Antonio. The ride will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive in Tarcoles, get off at the police station. From there, you will need to walk 2 km north along Route 34. Look for the entrance to Jungle Crocodile Safari on your right. Be prepared for some walking, as public transport does not drop off directly at the safari entrance.
