If you are staying in Jaco, start on Avenida Pastor Diaz and head south until you reach the intersection with Carr. Pacífica Fernández Oreamuno. Cross the avenue and continue straight on Carr. Pacífica Fernández Oreamuno for about 1.5 kilometers. Croclandia & American Crocodile Sanctuary will be on your left at R92V+CGW. The entrance is clearly marked.

From Jacó, take a bus towards Tarcoles. Ask the driver to drop you off near Croclandia. From the drop-off point, it's a short walk to the sanctuary. Bus fare is approximately CRC 500-1000.
