Continue walking straight past the park entrance, and you will see signs directing you to Espadilla Beach. The beach is about a 5 to 10-minute walk from the park entrance.

    From any location in Manuel Antonio, find the main road (Route 618) and look for the bus stop that serves local buses to Quepos. Take the bus heading towards Quepos and inform the driver that you want to get off at Espadilla Beach. The ride takes about 10 to 15 minutes.
