If you are in the main area of Manuel Antonio, start at the entrance of Manuel Antonio National Park, located on the main road (Route 618). From there, walk towards the park entrance, which is approximately a 10-minute walk. As you approach the entrance, look for signs directing you to Radames Tours. The office is typically located near the entrance of the park, where you can inquire about tours.

Catch the local bus in Manuel Antonio heading toward Quepos. The bus stop is located along the main road. Inform the driver that you would like to get off at the Manuel Antonio National Park entrance. Once you arrive, exit the bus and walk towards the park entrance for about 5 minutes. Radames Tours will be available near the entrance.

Taxi or Rideshare
You can use a local taxi or rideshare service (if available) to get to the entrance of Manuel Antonio National Park. Simply tell the driver to take you to 'Parque Nacional Manuel Antonio'. Once you arrive, the Radames Tours office will be nearby, where you can book your tour.
