From the main entrance of Manuel Antonio National Park, head down the main road (Route 618) towards the beach area. After approximately 1 kilometer, you will reach the fork where the road splits. Keep left to continue towards Playa Espadilla. Walk along the path until you reach a small set of steps leading down to the beach. Playa Espadilla Norte will be straight ahead.

Catch a local bus heading towards Quepos from the bus stop near the Manuel Antonio National Park entrance. Inform the driver that you want to go to Playa Espadilla. The bus will take you along the coastal road, dropping you off near the beach area. Walk towards the beach, and you'll see Playa Espadilla Norte straight ahead.

Hail a taxi from anywhere in Manuel Antonio. Inform the driver you want to go to Playa Espadilla Norte. The taxi will take you directly to the beach entrance. Once you arrive, you can walk a short distance to the beach.
