Continue for approximately 80 km until you reach the junction for Route 34. Take Route 34 towards Quepos/Manuel Antonio. After about 30 km, follow signs for Manuel Antonio and turn right onto the road leading into the national park area. Continue on this road for about 5 km until you see signs for El Santuario Canopy Adventure Tour on your left. The total travel time is approximately 2 to 2.5 hours depending on traffic.
